Community College of Aurora
- The Community College of Aurora (CCA) has campus locations in both Aurora and Denver. The school offers an affordable option for students interested in earning a two-year degree or certificate. Associate of Arts, Science, Applied Science and General Studies degrees are available. Articulated degrees with other schools are also offered. In addition to traditional campus-style classes, CCA offers degree programs that may completely earned online. The college has an accelerated program called eXpress ED, which offers certificate program completion in 10 weeks for some subjects. This program assists students in preparing for rapidly developing opportunities in business technology, computers, energy and media arts.
Columbia College - Aurora
- Columbia College - Aurora is one of the top schools in the country for assisting military personnel and non-military members of the Department of Defense in furthering their educations. This private college focuses on degrees in liberal arts and sciences. Eight-week online sessions are offered in 20 different degree programs, as well as and 600 additional on-line classes. To obtain a bachelor's degree, students must complete at least 60 traditional college hours. The school's residency requirements are flexible for those serving on active duty and tuition fees are refundable should a student be deployed during their schooling.
